JOB TITLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I

 
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS: Do you wake up in the morning with a desire to find solutions and make customers rave about your service? Are you efficient, courteous and detailed? Do you have two years of customer service experience treating customers like family in a call center and retail environment? Then you might be a good candidate to join our customer service team.
 
ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include answering telephone calls, responding to customer internet (chat) inquiries and email tickets. Promoting company products and services, receiving payments and shipping. The ideal candidate is energized by researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Responds to customer inquiries regarding orders, billing, and technical problem notifications. Also performs other projects as assigned.
 
EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION REQUIRED: High school diploma or its equivalent.
 
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OR CERTIFICATIONS: Must type proficiently and accurately, have basic personal computer skills, including web browsing and on-line services, be an effective verbal and written communicator, possess a team-oriented work ethic, project a positive attitude and have basic task prioritization and problem-solving skills. Must be dependable and flexible with schedule.
 
ANTICIPATED WORK SCHEDULE: Full time 8 hour or Part Time 4-5 Hour shifts available weekdays (M-F) 8:00 AM - 12 PM or 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. and weekends- Saturday shifts range 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM - 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Sunday shifts range 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM The schedule can change from week to week with days and times needed.
 
WORK LOCATION: Call Center, Bartlesville, Oklahoma. No relocation assistance available.
 
COMPENSATION: Starting Pay Rate: $10.00 - $12.00 per Hour, Pay based on experience.
